What’s your Caliber?

At Caliber Development Group we believe that the concept of Caliber fits our values of performance.

The dictionary definition of Caliber provides two perspectives:

  1. The degree or capacity of mental and/or moral quality

  2. A degree of excellence or importance

These definitions capture our values

 Coach the whole person

  • You are bigger than the sum of your parts.

  • Small improvements in one aspect influence the rest.

Work Simple to Complex

  • Simple solutions first

  • Specify issues to gain clarity

Coach to not be needed

  • No magic tricks

  • Knowledge is power - not dependence

Character Counts

  • The way you do things matters more than what you do

  • What’s right is more important than who is right

At Caliber, we want to help you Develop.
