• We provide performance coaching to give you the knowledge, skills, and abilities to take your performance to the level you want it to go.

2. Caliber Development Group services are limited.

• Hard work does not guarantee success but it does increase the probability. We will work together to help you reach your performance goals, understand and execute the process, and make appropriate adjustments along the way.

3. Caliber Development Group treats each individual personally.

• We understand that everyone sees the world differently and we value that about you. We also know that means the coaching and feedback you get will likely be different than the coaching and feedback other people receive.

4. Caliber development group focuses on development.

• Mental skills are still skills and by definition, a skill is anything we can learn through effort and repetition.

5. Caliber Development Group is adaptable.

• Customized coaching at your request, to meet your needs.

• Individual - one on one coaching and development training.

• Team - Coaches, players, and the connection between the two

• Ages - Youth, College, Professional, Adults.

6. Caliber Development Group will not share your information.

• All training and feedback is confidential between you and Caliber Development Group. Your association with Caliber Development Group will not be shared without your explicit permission.

• Youth - Parents have the right to know what we discuss and are working on. Parents seeking coaching for their children will need to contact Caliber Development Group to discuss details of shared information prior to coaching

• Team - Coaches and Caliber Development Group will make individualized agreements on what information will be shared between Caliber Development Group and Coaches regarding players.

• Custom training - Details of shared information will be determined prior to services rendered.
